Moonjumpers Charitable Foundation, Inc. helped support our friends at Hands Together New York on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at their Fishing Trip out of Captree State Park to raise funding for food pantries initiatives.

Hands Together NY formally the Lamplighters is a 501c3 Not-For-Profit volunteer organization formed in 1986 whose primary focus is on hunger & homelessness on Long Island.

Their mission is to assist local communities, while focusing on raising funds to help those struggling with issues of hunger or homelessness.
