Moonjumpers Charitable Foundation, Inc. help support our friends at Hands Together on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at their Fishing Trip out of Captree State Park to raise funding for food pantries initiatives.

Hands Together NY formally the Lamplighters is a 501c3 Not-For-Profit volunteer organization formed in 1986 whose primary focus is on hunger & homelessness.

Their mission is to assist local community, while focusing on raising funds to help those struggling with issues of hunger or homelessness.

If you did not meet Ryan Shane last evening, the Marine we presented with a military service “Thank You Coin” at the end of the night…look him up on google. You can go to this link :
